Zusammen mit Cod. ms. Bord. 13a, 13b und 13c wahrscheinlich um 1464 (vgl. die Datierung in Cod. ms. Bord. 13c) in Lübeck entstanden. Der Kommentar wurde in Bordesholm bearbeitet, siehe Cod. ms. Bord. 11
Zählfehler durch übersprungene Bl., jetzt mit Buchstaben gekennzeichnet: 112a, 112b, 248a, 256a, 267a, 295a. In der Zählung wurde die 50 ausgelassen.
Enthält Fragmente: Teile des VS und HS, ehemals in Kapsel C der UB Kiel (ohne Signatur), seit 2018 unter den Signaturen Cod. ms. Bord. 13d-Bei-1 und -Bei-2.
